How I can register my self ?

How to perform Registration as New User: Part-1

Why my account is not activated ?

After Completing the new Registration, you need to verify your email-id and then authenticate your mobile number using the OTP verification method.

Below is the step of E-mail verification and Mobile authentication through OTP Method.

      1. Usuall you will receive e-mail after completing the registration, you need to check "All mail" OR "Imporant" OR "Inbox" OR "Spam" or "Misc." folder of your email-id to locate the mail from "Innovintent Education."
      2. Once you view your email, then please perform "e-mail verification" by clicking on the verification link in it. 
      3. That's it. You completed your e-mail verification. Now next turn is to perform mobile number authentication using OTP Method.
      4. Perform "Send OTP" and enter the 4 digit OTP number received on your registered mobile number. 
      5. OTP will be remain valid till 15 minutes after performing "Send OTP".
      6. Once you will successfull authenticate OTP Verification, you will receive another email in your registered email-id with having "user_name" & "password" to access your dashboard. 
      7. It's always advisable to change the password and update your profile after successfull access of your Dashboard.
      8. Use option menu "Profile" & "Change Password" to perform the task.

Why my Test link is showing as Expired ?

Test link are showing as "Expired" either because of below reason

  1. Test schedule is past away from today's date
  2. Test product is in "Inactive Status"
  3. Test Validity is already expired.

Please check your Test product status in "My Order" details to verify the validity of it or Check your Test Schedule time-table, because some of the Test for example LIVE Test are mapped with time & day based Activation. So those Time and Day activated Test will remain active during those time duration window, after that status of those Test will get expired or deacticvated. 

Can I buy both IITJEE & NEET Test Products ?

No, its not possible to purchase IITJEE & NEET Test products from one registered user account. Sorry about that. You need to register yourself seperately for this. In first registration, you have to select Aspirant as IITJEE and in other registration you need to select Aspirant as NEET. Please use two seperate email-id and mobile number for registration in two different account. This is done to provide complete seperation between two user group of both IITJEE & NEET examination Domain. 

What is the functionality of Notice & Announcement in user Dashboard ?

When ever any new Test Products got activated or new Test link got added in your existing Test package or any communication posted for you by Innovintent, then a new Notice or Announcement get popped up on your dashboard. You can read those announcement and follow accordingly. Is it Mandatory to complete the Profile after User Account activation ?

It's always recommended to complete the Profile details with all information,it will help us to resolve your any request in future. Keep your mobile number upto date and also the complete address. We may send some courier packets during special occasions or promotions. How to change the password of User account and Re-Verify/Re-activate it ?

I don't have Mobile number with me, Can I still activate my Account ?

Oh !! Very Sad to know..But still you can use your friend's or relative's or Parent's mobile number during the process of registration, Because it's mandatory to have a registered mobile number with every user account. To access your dashboard, first time you need to verify your email-id as well as authenticate your registered mobile number through OTP Process of verification with the condition that only one mobile number should be used for registration with one user. i.e. Multiple user should not use same mobile number for registration process. 

On new Test Activation in products, Will I get Notify ?

Whenever a new Test got added or activated or schedule of any LIVE Test modified, then you will get notified through Notice & Announcement. Know the menu option "Notice and Announcement" of user dashboard in details by viewing this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kbg-3pRkICw

What is the meaning of Validity of Test Product ?
